What if someone needs their phone?
The station is attended all event long. Guests can stop by anytime to check a message or make a quick call. It takes seconds.
What if a guest hesitates?
It’s rarely an issue. Like a dress code, guests follow the host’s lead, especially when everyone’s in on it. Our attendants welcome every guest with warmth and discretion.
How many attendants will we need?
It depends on your guest count and how guests arrive. Most events start with two attendants. We’ll recommend the right team when we quote.
How is pricing set?
Each quote is tailored to your guests, venue, and hours. Every event includes attendants in black attire and white gloves, the complete Phone Valet™ station, and early setup. A dedicated event line is available on request. Any travel is confirmed upfront.
Do you work with planners?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your planner and venue on timing, setup, and guest arrival, so nothing extra lands on you.
Do you travel?
Yes. We’re based in Miami Beach and serve events across the country.
How do we hold our date?
Send us your venue and event hours. We confirm availability, call to go through the details, and send an agreement to hold your date. Peak dates go first, so earlier is better.
